Oxygen Sensor - Broad or Narrow Band - 5.4L 3V

Does anyone know whether the 04-5 F150 3 valve has a broad or narrow band oxygen sensor?

Do you mean wide band? Never heard of broad band. Wide band sensors are expensive and usually used for tuning.
