BEfore with XLT centers

After with LAriat centers:

It's hard to tell in the picture, but it looks MUCH better. BTW, no paint flaking off on the wheels yet

Maybe it's just me...but I can't tell much of a difference from those pictures. Are you sure they are not the same picture?

Looks good. It took me a couple of glances to realize the change that was made. The upgraded cap makes the wheel look a lot better especially with the silver centers. Did the Lariat caps have the Arizona beige center before you painted them? Did you have to use any primer or did the paint cover well enough?

There ya go!...The new detail shots show all. Seems to bring out the contour of the cap a little better.

Huh???
I sanded down the AZ beige parts of the wheels and center caps and painted them black. No primer was needed.

On another note, I am thinking about the black ford sticker for the center caps.

Very nice job. I have never liked the "blah" gray on my XLT wheels. I painted the spokes black. I think it looks much better on my black truck. Click on my sig to see gallery if you are interested in taking a look.

I don't think people are grasping what you have done here.

Looks good.

Looks nice Bluejay! Your truck has chrome center caps where my old ones were argent. Some of the XLTs have painted accents now too but not black!

My goal is to NEVER see a truck just like mine on the road. I think i'm getting there...

I dont have a Lariat....so I guess I can not see what you have done.....both "detail" pics look the same....other than the second having a "chrome-lined" cap......I guess I just do not know WTF you are talking about.....
