I like the black headlights. However, I prefer the the amber reflecter on the side instead of the white/clear. JMHO.

 

What the hell is this supposed to mean? Why did you blow $$$ on those LT handles when you had 2 that worked perfectly, why did you blow $$$ on that 4x4 valence when you had one that worked perfectly, why did you blow $$$ on that grille surround when I beleive your truck came equipped with one that worked perfectly well from the factory????? WHY? Because it makes your truck look better and more suit your taste, that's why. Don't ask stupid questions that someone can ask you right back, that's called being a hipocrit. And those black ones look awesome in my opinion.

 

There is a difference between OEM quality and Aftermarket quality; i upgraded my truck, buying crap like that is downgrading.

But thank you for saying my truck looks better with it.

Ok, I see your point.......and yes, your truck does look nice, I will have to give you that.

 

Getting back to the headlights, I really don't have strong opinon on how they would look, but aren't blue lights on the front unlawful about everywhere? That would be a big turn down even if you liked the style.

Reading all the posts on changing the headlights makes me feel like the only one that thinks our stock headlights look cool...

Keep the stockers.

I think they done a good job from the factory.

 

The stockers produce more light then alot of the aftermarket replacements.

 

You say they look good from the factory but you have the black headlight covers on your truck?

 

Those lights are so cheesey, they make me queasy...

 

I am not tring to switch the lights. Those are just cheap things to change the look when rolling around the street.

Yes I say the stock looks the best. The others look like rice.

Do people think these head light covers are always on? They are on my truck about 3 days out of the month.

 

I agree, the stock lights are very classy. I just saw those lights on ebay last night and wondered what everybody else thought. I can't really tell from the replies if people liked them or not.

 

well i do like them, dont care what anyone else thinks. like i said i would have bought the black ones but i need the chrome look, if they make a stock headlight with clear corners i WILL buy them. the point is do whatever YOU want, there are plenty of people who have done goofy things, im one of them, but im happy with what ive got. if you like them, the go for it!

 

Wondering how many people have actually SEEN them on our trucks before? I have to admit, i HAVE seen them about a year ago on a Yellow FX4. Maybe with certain other add-ons, and the right time of night, i do have to say, they looked pretty cool. NOW, would i go out and spend the money to get them???? Thats a different story, if i had the money to blow.. maybe. Cant say i dont like them, im sure they would look different on certain color trucks, and w/different packages-levels. They probably arent very good quality either, but who knows until someone buys them and shares their experience. But as ChrisAdams also stated, the blue LED's probably arent legal in very many places, so thats a turn off too.

EDIT: Just thought of something, i bet the proj. lights would look alot better on the new 06 trucks, they would kinda go with the new round lights in the bumper...
