Dealer Service problem or are tailgate problems hard to repair?

Has anyone had any trouble with the tailgate's on new f150's?
the assembly on the bottom drivers side kept popping the tailgate out and you had to manually froce it (tailgate) back in to shut it.

The truck in question is an FX400 from Jim Burke Ford in Bakersfield, CA. They have had the truck for over a month now, and have called my wife down to pick it up numerous times only to tell her its not ready when she arrives. I work out of the state and out of the US, so I can't go down and raise hell.

main concern is if anyone else is having this much trouble with tailgates on the new f150's?

sorry for the rant, its just that a truck with 4k miles and cost over 40k has been at dealership for over a month.

Loved your pics, sharp looking truck, too sharp to spend all that time in the shop. Maybe you should find another dealership for your warranty issues.

Was the FX400 a dealer package? Never saw that one before...
