I'm a proud parent of a new....'05 FX4

I'm friggin psyched!

First thing I want to do is get rid of these ridiculous Goodyear AT/S tires and probably get an autospring leveling kit on there. I may just go with 285/65/18 BFG AT's but not sure yet.

Anyways I'm beyond happy about my new rig so I wanted to share it with you all, and warn you that I'll be around soaking up knowledge as I get my feet under me. Dont ride me too hard if I ask a dumb question please. Just keep in mind that there are no stupid questions, just stupid people who ask questions!

I appreciate any feeback and advice you guys can give me....

I'm sure you mean cute as in a manly kind of cute right? I dont need 8ft of bed or even 6.5ft of bed. The largest thing I'm likely to move is a large dead Elk.

Hey Congrats----I got my 2005 4x4 in July LOVE IT

 

I bet he will like it when he goes to park it.

 

We have a rental with the 6.5' bed and I hate it. I do however like a SCAB with the 5.5' bed MUCH better! Nice looking truck!

 

Sweet. I saw my first scab w/ 5.5ft bed this weekend. I really liked it. A real sporty look while getting good interior space.

 

Nice ride! I know what you mean about the Good Years...my 02 had them and they barely made it to 37k. They were almost a deal breaker on my new 05! I hope they make it longer on this one!
