Do these get in the way of the gas pedal? I had some in my last Chevy, and I could not get the pedal to the floor. (Not that my wallet could afford it, 6.0L was a pig) It seemed like the back portion of the injection-molded plastic got in the way. I just bought my F150 and have been looking for some good mats.

How flexible are the WeatherTech mats shown above? What I mean is, are they easy to remove to be cleaned, or does removing them get gunk all over?

I really like the way they look. I think I'm going to buy them now that I sold my old ranger instead of trading it in.

Does anybody know any other place to get them besides their website? A vendor from this site or something to get a discount?

Anybody with the Nifty's want to chime in?

Hey Rob,
How 'bout a pic of the back mats for us SCrew owners? Any chance an XLT owner has a pic of the mats in the front bridging the console area?

With the Weathertech mats...will water and such be trapped in the mat, or will it run toward the door seal?

I just put in the nifty coverall floor mats in favor of the stock FX4 mats. I think the coveralls are the best choice if you want a carpet mat... But i dont think you can beat those weathertechs for keeping everything off of the floor! But, being in florida I wasnt too worried.. i think the carpet will hold up good. And it feels nice on the feet too! Ill try to get some pictures in a few days... but dont count on it... my camera is Missing.....

PS Tardman... since you are local... let me know if you are interested in a set of FX4 mats... I was going to keep them.... but if you are interested in them let me know.

GO NOLES!!!

Hey Rob,
When I went to husky's site, I could only find products by Nifty available for our application. What have you found?

Hey 2000,
I too prefer the look of the carpeted mats, mostly because I like to retain the stock look of my mods. The catch-alls are a bit more expensive, but I do like their look.

I'm still breaking this beast in, so I can't say that I've tried to mash the accelerator to the floor. But I don't see that would be a problem. And they go in and come out VERY smoothly. No problems cleaning them off. They're fairly rigid, so you can hold them with one hand and they maintain their shape.

I got my whole set of catchalls for $140 plus shipping from stylinconcepts.com That is more than others but you get a custom rear mat that covers the entire floor back there. WAYYY Better than the tiny stock mats that will be under your front seat as soon as someone gets back there. THe carpet also matches well. Hopefully they hold up well too...

Pics would be good! I love the front WeatherTechs but the back are just rubber mats, as you pointed out. Be interested to know if there is something better out there I should look at next time around.

What about diamond plate ones those will set off the interior perfectly with a nice brushed metal dash kit.
