Sounds like it should be a warranty item. Did you ask the dealership service guy to see if he could roll it up for you until Thursday?

OTOH, door panels are usually pretty easy to remove. Ford thankfully quit using those PITA one-way clips to hold the door panels on (you know, the ones that ALWAYS break when you pull the panel off). Both my '94 Ranger and '02 F150 have hooks molded on the inside of the panel. You remove 2-3 phillips screws and slide the panel up and off. I would assume the new trucks use a similar design.

The same thing happened to me. One of my friends works at my dealer, and he told me all they did was tap on the motor and it rolled up, and it's been fine ever since. As far as taking the door apart, the dealer did it. I think they never did take the door panel apart anyway, I think they tapped with the door panel on, I don't know but you can try that to see if it works for now. Hope this helped you.
