Dirty Side exhaust tip & Mud Flaps

Im just about to order a Banks Monster, and I was curious if anyone has had problems with cleaning there tips from a side exhaust. This just doesn't include Banks, but Magmaflow also. Your thoughts? Do I need to get some crappy mud flaps?

my magnaflow gets dirty once in a while, id rather clean the tip every week though than deal with mudflaps.

Mud flaps are so gross. IMO.

...if I had exhaust, I sure as hell wouldn't be putting mud flaps on my truck either way.

Wait, oh yeah I do have exhaust on my 1965 Mustang!

Your tip will get dirty whether you have mudflaps or not. Good chrome, grime comes right off.

Guess the concensus is that mine's ugly :o :

I have the rear exit exhaust, and my tips still tend to catch some dirt from the tires. But as stated already, some good polish will clean them up.

BTW, anyone who lives up in the Northeast or where you get "snards", mudflaps are anything but gross! Try living up this way and then you will rethink the opinions of mudflaps. But then again, if I lived down south, there would be know way I would put mudflaps on my truck, so I can agree with peoples perspectives on them also. Oh well, I guess it all depends on where you live if you should get mudflaps.
