Not poor but not Rich. I do work my *** off on the farm but Iget paid decent. It's nothing to put in 14-19 hour days when your trying to pick cotton and a rain is coming in. I want to go muddin again but I dont wanna wash it again.

yeah, i kind of have a love/hate attitide towards farming- i love the lifestyle but hate the long hours- but i plan on sticking with it as i dont really want to do any other kind of work.

I know what u mean about the mud. i dont mud unless i have to now. I baby my truck for the most part as i want it to last a long time. But occasionally u take a wrong turn and u just have to haul a** through the thick sh*t

Wow..

It's all good when you got permission. I hate it when people rut up turnrows that aren't theirs. I had a guy once take off across one of my soybean fields in a Jeep. Naturally I followed him out there and told him to get his a$$ out. He said he was looking for arrowheads. He said "If you can drive out here why can't I?" I said because I can call the sherrif on you! Sherrif came out and it turns out dude was cooking meth on the other side of the fencerow.

It really sucks though if you spend a bunch of money building a 1ft high road around all of your rice fields like we have, and coyote hunters think they own the place. I've seen my otherwise quiet Dad lose his temper with people over it.

You can mud with a 4X2, you just work off the "head of steam" principle. The limited slip helps too...

Nice Pics

Which one is the "head of steam", is that the one where you just mash it to the floor and hope for the best?

I tried to get it as muddy as I could but it's hard to get white really muddy. I was slingin mud all over the place but it didnt seem to get on the truck. It rained like 3 more inches here today so I may go back sometime this week and try to get some more action pics.

Please, whatever you do. CLEAN your truck after you do it. It sure as hell is fun but you need to know how to clean it up if you want your truck to last.

I'm from the Northeast Arkansas and that is the mississippi River in the background. I live in Wilson, it's down the road from Osceola and like 45 mins from jonesboro and memphis.
