I saw that you have 5.7" backspacing on your wheels. Doesn't Pro Comp recommend 5" backspacing on your wheels at the most? Im not sure but I know this holds true for Fabtech. Im just trying to decide on which lift to go with since my wheels are 9" wide and have a backspacing of 5.5" Any information you could give me would be a great help. How is everything going with the lift and tires? Any wear on anything because of the spacers?

 

Everything is going to great ! My wheels are 5.7 bs but there only 8.5 inches. That might be why I don't have any rubbing problems. I have about 7000 miles since the lift 2 vacations and everything seems fine.

 

Thumper, how can you look at lifts right now when you don't even know if you will keep your truck? What is the latest discussion between you and the dealer?

I've come to the conclusion, no matter what Im getting another F-150. Theres nothing else out there that can even compare. I actually talked to the dealer that I bought it from and he said if they can get it fixed hes willing to pay for a lift and tires for all of the misconvience and if they can't fix it he'll help me get a new truck at no cost to me.
