See thats the thing, I think Im going to go with 35s and if I don't like them when they wear out, I'll go with the 37s. Im sure I'll be fine with 4.56s and 37s, SALFX4 is running this set-up and has no regrets. I think or he hasn't said anything, yet.
I have a reg cab xlt with 3.55 LS. I dont have much of an axle howl but could probably get it looked at and possibly fixed. Is it worth it for me to spend the difference in just the price to put the 3.73 LS on while they have it taken apart? If not I might just buy the 4.10's and get them put on somewhere else. How much does this normally cost? Thanks

As other stated, 4.56 MINIMUM with 35s. This will get you close to the stock tire 3.73 gearing. I have 4.56s in my truck on only 33.5" tires. The truck tows significantly better than stock, and only sacraficed 1.5 mpg on the highway and nothing around town. On the stock tires w/ 4.56s I got 13.5 in the city and 15 on the highway from 13.5/16.5 stock. With the bigger 305/55 20 Nitto Terra-Grapplers on 20x8.5" centerlines, that went down to 12.5/15. At least the truck can get out of its own way still. I am probably going to drop down to 4.10 at the loss of acceleration just to quiet down the whine I have with aftermarket 4.56s. I may see around 1 mpg back on the highway...wooo hooo. I may have to start a frickin savings account to put the major gas savings in.
Just have to wait for Ford Racing to start producing the 4.10 gears.

Still nothing. I know 100% that when I built it, 4.10s were available as an option, and I know I didn't select the 7700 GWV package. Must have been an issue with the website. DAMN FORD!

I know........read my post more carefully. I can guarantee you I built a LARIAT that provided a 4.10 option....I even double checked it. Like I said, it was a glitch in their website. It was right after the slight redesign of the "build your own" on the website.
