This things starting to evolve...

In one month we've went from a lowered 2002 Altima with 19" rims to a new 2005 Screw XLT 4X4 and we're lovin' it. It's a daily driver for my wife and kids and they seem to be happy with the view and room.

In that month we've got the front raised by Daystar, MB gunner 6 wheels and new BFGs (could not wait any longer on the Nittos...wanted to but couldn't).

Put the Airaid intake on today and it's goin' in for an exhaust on Monday (Dynomax SIDO).

Took a couple of pics and don't you know that this Dark Shadow Gray looks different every time we take a pic of it. Today was cloudy and it appears to look like battleship gray...but it's a nice dark metallic.

As with previous vehicles we've owned and their respective forums like this one. We read and learn about all the things we're interested in doing to the vehicle along the while teaching ourselves by others do's and don'ts. You really learn alot in these communities. For those who we have learned from over the last month, thanks!

Happy to be here,

trippn

P.S. Intakes are new to me, in regards to owning one at least; I knew of their existence. What a great little treat these are. Helps the sluggish takeoff in the 5.4s acceleration. Sounds good too!

I think so, they were on when we got it. Although I would like to remove them personally, the kids need them.

Got the exhaust installed today...we'll get some pics up soon. Very mellow setup, which is what we wanted. Dynomax 17228 SI/DO and rear tips.

Looks gorgeous man, love that color, and those rims are very sharp!

Yeah, those are the same running/step boards I have, and mine were stock...they changed the style for 05 at some point -- mine is an 04.
