Just got my Truxedo Lo-Pro! Now w/ pics

Edit: Added pics now

And I'm kind of depressed... That installation was WAY too easy! I expected to have several hours this afternoon with my truck working on it...

I really like the way it looks. Sorry no pics yet. Wasn't sure about having a cover with Velcro but I really like it so far. It's not that hard to close and get snuged down either.

Couple questions though.
The seal on the end of it is the tailgate suppose to close on that or are you suppose to close the tailgate, and then latch down the top so it sits ontop?

Also, how hard should it be to close that end down? Trying to get an idea of what the tension should be like.

And in other news... My drop shackles are scheduled to arrive tomorrow

I close mine first then close the tailgate onto it

This is one of the few things I don't like about the Lo-Pro... I always have to unlatch the cover, then close the tailgate, then latch the cover back down again. I've gotten to the point where I'm use to doing it, but the Access covers aren't like this. Otherwise, I really like the 'roll-ups'. And yes, they are extremely easy to install. Hope you have a Bedrug under it!

I ordered one but am having a little difficultly w/ the company I ordered from

Will have to see how this turns out though... I was expecting to get my bedcover, Truxedo, and drop shackles all close together and spend the weekend installing them.

Didn't even hear anything about the tailgate closing thing until now... Might have made me go for an access but I'm more than happy with it so far. We'll see once I start using it more and have gone through a couple rains with it.

Will do!

I'll try to get some up today. It really is a good looking cover and the install was super easy.

Just a couple minor things I'm not sure on but don't all products have that?

Thanks so much Intel! A co-worker of mine has one on his '05 Taco, but I wanted to see one on a real bed - ya know, LONG and WIDE!

Looks great by the way!

Oh, and how was the install?

Not to sound too pushy , but when you have some free time, shoot some pictures of it from a "right on" angle, like even and level with the cover? I want to see how much it sticks up. From the side and rear would be nice!!

I'm interested in what holds up the cover... I have to deal with ice and snow.. My last one had some pretty big poles across the back and unfortunately I need them..

But the cover looks great from the top...

This one uses bars as well. But unlike most soft covers, the bars on the TruXedo Lo-Pro (1) roll up when you roll the tonneau up, and (2) do NOT bow upward that much at all. Who wants to be driving around a horse carriage???

This one has bars across it but when you pull the cover tight, it makes it so you can't see them.

Todzilla, going to go take pics now.

That really looks awesome.. I like the look.. Thanks for posting.. much better than seeing the manufacturers pics...

Does anyone have snow country experience with this product... will it support 12 inches of 'partly cloudy?'
