New Wheels and tires!

I blacked out a set of 4x4 lariat wheels. I dont think i want a lift kit now after seeing how it looks! I put the standard center caps on for now because the argent paint that i was using for the lariat centers was bad or something. Oh yeah, ive put the LT handles on since my last pics were posted. Crappy pictures ahead!

The good thing is that it will hide the brake dust

Thanks Monkey! That picture was taken a year ago. They grow up fast! I will be posting the old wheels and tires for sale soon. Two of the tires are Brand new. I REALLY like the way the tires fill up the wheel well. I finally figured out how to post a link to my gallery and a thumbnail!! WOOOHOOO!!!

A LOT of tape! I taped around the part that i wanted to paint first.I sanded it with fine grit sandpaper (if you dont tape FIRST, you will scratch the machined finish). Then i wiped it down with lacquer thinner. Retaped, then painted with black spraycan paint from walmart. If you look closely at the wheel (may not be able to see it on the pic), you can see a few blemishes or taping uh-ohs.
I am scared to death that the paint will flake off, but we will see....
Thanks for all the compliments to BTW....

Those look great! Not a bad idea painting yours black. They really look sharp.

I just purchased a set of 2005 Lariat Tire/Wheel take-offs from my local dealer for $400. I bet they don't have 15 miles on them. I figured I couldn't go wrong for that price. I like them much better than the 04 silver Lariat wheels that came on my truck. I really like the Arizona Beige accent on the 05 wheels.
