Exclamation Thumper/dzervit and those with shiznit rims...need advice

Well so today i had to golf in a golf tournement after qualifying for it last week. It is called calcutta. Its a 2 person bestball but its a total of 10 teams and after each hole one team is eliminated. But anyhow being underdogs we won and i took home about 900 bucks.

Now I have a 05 lariat supercrew red with arizona beige, chrome handels, bed rails, nerfbars, and i want to know what you guys have on for rims. Size, tire, brand, and about how much they costed you. Just trying to get an idea of what kind of rims to get if i can swing them.

By the way i really want to know about thumpers and dzervits rims cuz they have caught my eye the most...thanks.

Really?? But obviously its a big help. Like i dont have any other money to chip in.

If i wanted you to tell me 900 bucks wont be enough i would have said i only have 900 bucks to spend....but then again i have a little more wit than you and KNOW it takes more for rims. I have the tires too. Sorry but im tired of you poking your head into peoples threads and being a smart azz. I came to this website for helpful insight not smart azz comments.

Thumpers are the Helo maxx6 in the 18x9. I've seen places where they sell for about $220 rim.

I paid about $220 at Discount Tire. My total came to $1800 with wheels, tires, and a warranty on the tires and wheels.

Wheels - Helo Maxx 6s 18x9 - 5.5" Backspacing
Tires - Nitto Terra Grappler 325/60/18 - 33x13.50x18

As with many other things in life, size matters here. (Wheel size you dirt bags!) My American Racing 20's (see my gallery) with Goodyear tires came to about $2,400 all mounted and balanced. 18's are much cheaper. On the other hand, 20's are much easier to sell if you have to. You should have seen what I went through trying to sell the American Racing 16's (in perfect shape) off of my 2002. I finally ended up giving them to a friend of mine in exchange for helping me put a new kitchen door in.

Im sticking with 18s because for now ill just keep the factory rubber until its shot. I just dont know what rims i like and until i see them on my truck its hard to decide.

Ain't that the truth!!! 9 out of 10 posts from this S.O.B. are totally worthless to anybody. He/She must just get to the computer pissed off and ready to post some sort of b.s. comment to someone needing some legitimate info.
