bbb autoline paperwork ??

I finally received my BBB Autoline claim form today. At the end of the form it asks what I would like to happen.

Obviously I want a full refund including all charges and payments. Is there a better or proper way to write my request other than what I stated above?

Thanks
Jeff

How long did it take to get the paperwork? I submitted my claim last week and expected I'd recieve something already.

I plan on telling them that I'm not out to screw Ford in anyway, I just want a truck that works and that I don't need to take into the shop every 3 weeks. I'd say it more professionally tho.

Do you plan on replacing the truck with another manufacturer?

I filed on line last Friday and received the paperwork today.

As far as another vehicle......Im not sure. I really like my truck but this whole thing has really left a sour taste in my mouth. If I do stay F150 I will go back to a 4x.

Be advised that if you want a refund, you will have to pay enormous mileage fees. There is a post somewhere here that explains how the charges are calculated. It is something like $ 3000 for every 10,000 miles.

If you really want your money back, great. But, you might do better by asking for a replacement vehicle.

I got a replacement vehicle back in January and STILL had to pay .20c a mile x 12k miles on my 04.

I stated mine "Repurchase of the vehicle by Ford" as a first option. I listed a second option of "Replace vehicle with comparable or differnt model Ford product", which is what they offered me and I'm fine with that. Also, my mileage charge is 17.25 cents per mile. I'm still waiting for all of the paperwork to be completed.
