Seatbelt alarm

Does ford have a way to make the seatbelt alarm go away? I know that they can program different things by a sequence of actions with the key and gear shifter. It is a good thing but i do alot of driving offroad and that alarm is a pain in the ***.

How about this. Put it on. It's there for your safety. Go ahead and disable it, I did, but wear the belt anyway. I do.

its in the owners manual ... but all you have to do is turn the truck on and wait till the airbag light on the dash shuts off... Then buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt you want to disable 9 times. Then the airbag light blinks and then buckle and unbuckle it agian. Then it blinks a bunch more.

Dang I was gonna say "plug the seatbelt in" but someone took my idea LOL.
Seriously I dont know why people dont wear them more often. "Just a quick trip to the store" BAM your dead. I get in and out of my truck alld ay, and if I dont have my seat belt on I feel weird. An extra 2 seconds per entrance/exit adds up to about 15-20 seconds a day. Think I'll waste the time.
