as well as i do, but i went in knowing i wasnt going to do better than 14mpg maybe 15mpg.

If gas mileage really matters, I do not see why you guys go with how many miles you got from a tank. Be accurate about it. Write down your mileage when you fill up, then at the next fill up, take a reading, see how many miles you drove and divide it by the number of gallons for the fill up. Then most importantly, consider where you drove on that tank full, how you drove. I keep a running record of mine just to see how my driving style affects the mileage. But unless you do the math, you have no idea what you are really getting.

I've got a 2004 FX4, 5.4L3v. In the summer I get between 15-17 mpg,
with the same kind of driving. That's all around driving with overdrive locked out a lot. 35 miles to work one way with 7-10 stops.
Milage stayed the same when I tuned it for 91 octane.
