Billet Grille Chipping away at my Paint!!

Does everyone that has billet grilles installed experiencing this? I a chrome billet grille that was installed as a package deal with my wheels, tires, & 6" procomp lift on my 04 Lariat SuperCrew. There are alot of these types of trucks out on the road. I took it to 4wheel parts and they told me that they cannot do anything about it. The paint chipping Im experiencing is right at the ends of each side of the grille where it meets the hood. I've got pretty good chips now. Would like to get this fixed somehow. Have anyone else with billet grilles experiencing this?? If can't fix I'm considering reinstall original grill and having dealer repaint the hood.

Take some pics and post them. Can't do anything without seeing what it is.

On My billet grill I had to drill four holes on the bottom of the plastic chrome shroud from the original grill, then small screws hold it in place. The kit came with four small clear bumper pads that stick onto the truck where the screws slightly stick out so that paint does not chip. Do you have these installed? It's a CW grill.
