Well, this is a funny story. I was at a light. This little civic was tailgating me. well, apparently, my tailgate was not shut at all. I had all kinds of stuff in the truck bed. So when the weight shift and I accelerated, my tailgate dropped down, and hit his little civic.

Well, the officer cited them as crashing into me. funny how hte report shows up

That is funny. But that civic must have been lifted, because I have a stock 4X4 too and the civic parked behind me at the moment could be touching my bumper and if my tailgate dropped, it wouldn't even touch the top of the hood

 

that is hillarious, especially that he cited the civic for hitting you. but it does sound kind of fishy.
