Where on this site would this info be? or is there another site that would have this info.

I am sure a lot of people will respond, and you won't be able to get a cut and dry answer. From what my understanding is, is that it all depends on the dealer that you take it too, and of course what the problem my be. This is a very "grey" subject on here that you won't be able to get a very straight answer. Hopefully some one will correct if I am wrong.
This subject comes up over and over here. SEMA has some good information here: SEMA warranty info.. I like to say: Mods don't void warranties, dealers do. Do some searches in the various forums and you will get a ton of posts to read on this subject.

I just took my truck in for the 3000 mile service package special that I got with my truck. Well of course my truck changed from when I bought it three months ago. the service department tech, the dealership customer service manager and the GM all came out and said the modifications done to my truck may void my warranty especially the Troyer X-calibrator. But they also stated the following. It just depends on what kind of problems come up. They do not have any issues fixing anything that comes up, it is money for them, the problem is if Ford sends out a adjuster and the claim gets denied. This is the problem. So there is no clear cut answer on this still. At least my dealership will take care of me and that is all I ask for.
There are more opinions on this subject than there are on which oil to use, well maybe not, but there is definitely a lot of info already posted as you will see if you search “Void Warranty.” The opinions will vary widely across the spectrum with no clear-cut answer in sight. My personal opinion is, each warranty claim will be judged on a case by case basis by the dealer, so the better the dealer, the better your working relationship you have with the service department, the better the outcome will be for you.
