making window buttons auto UP?

You guys are always come up with great ideas and mods....

There are a couple things I wish my truck had. My truck has auto down drivers window and moonroof- thats it!!

I want all my windows to be auto down, and my power rear slider to be auto open. If I replace these switches with the auto one will it work? is it all in the switch?

also I would love auto UP! and auto close. I hate having to sit there and hold the stupid button to close the moonroof or the slider....

I know many other cars come with an auto up feature....

any ideas?

Lawyers and lawsuits filed by stupid people will guarantee that the 'auto-up' feature will never be offered by Ford. I'm not aware of any other manufacturer that has an auto-up feature.

If I'm not mistaken, my buddy's Chebby has auto-up on the driver's window only, but has auto-down on his passenger and driver windows.

Infiniti, BMW, Nissan....and the list goes on...all have auto up and down. Purpony, hate to say it but do a search and read what I looked into with a bunch of people. The easiest thing to do, which is what I'm going to do in the fall, is install two Viper module (I forget the model number) that have the auto up/ dwn feature and control two windows each. Thus if you don't have a Screw, you'll only need one. Search and you'll find a very long thread regarding it.

thanks for the info guys-

I to thought that auto up windows would be a law suit waiting to happen and never heard of such a thing until I was in someones car (forget what it was at the moment) and it had auto up!! i was totally blown away! I figured some moroon would get their head caught or something. I know alot of GMs have auto down on at least the two front windows.
