Arrow Horsepower!!!!!

Like all men I'm power hungry & testosterone driven. I have a cat back exhaust system and a K&N FIPK installed on my truck.

I am looking for another "bolt-on" mod that will increase the strength of my truck a little.

I know most of you are going to suggest the Xcal, and that is in my plans, but I am looking for something in addition to that.

And I've seen the aftermarket pulley's on here as well, but I just don't think those would work for me.

Also I am not looking at getting it supercharged...I don't have that kind of money.

I was possibly thinking about headers...what will those exactly do for me and are they worth it?

Sorry for all the pickyness, but can I get some help here?

Thanks in advance!

The Xcal2 will be the biggest “bang for the buck” mod, but do some browsing around the “Chips & Programming” forum. There’s much discussion about hp gains there.

I second jp's motion on going with a tuner like the Xcalibrator2.

Currently, there are oodles of us running custom tunes from Troyer Performance... all of us (I don't think I've seen a bad comment about his tunes) are very happy with the added pep from the pedal. It's SUBSTANTIAL and WELL worth the cost.

Think your exhaust and FIPK added some pep? Wait til you tune it. LOL!

Also adding an electrical fan, I think is worth about fourteen extra ponies. Mr. Troyer sells those as well.
