Head Light Adjustment

Has anyone adjusted headlights on a 2004-2005 F150 SCREW. I didnt know hot hard it would be or what tools are needed. Ford Replaced my passenger side headlight and adjusted it but not with the other headlight. Now my lights are crooked. SOMEONE HELP. Its really annoying.

It is only height adjustable. There is a special tool (basically a 4mm box wrench with a long handle) to do this or you can get a 4mm box wrench and adjust it.

Why not take it back to Ford and get them to fix it right?

I agree, but I also don't like letting them get away with half assed work either.
