Radio Problems

Shortly after I start a new CD it backs up and re-plays 2-3 seconds of the song. Seems like it does it when I apply the brakes, but doesnt do it everytime. I have the radio with a 6 disc changer. Anyone else experiencing this? It is really annoying.

As funny and as dumb as it sounds...yes I know exactly what you're talking about. Just can't figure out why it's only when I get on the breaks and am changing songs.

I went through 4 radios before they got won that works, they all would not take a cd. I think that is BS, the quality control of the radio manufactuers is horrible! My dealer said that Ford is now making the head units so hopefully they will be better!

BigGameHunter,

Can you tell me what they say or do when you have it done? Many thanks.

I thought Visteon had been making the head units for the past few years?
