if you fill in all the info for your 04, look under 'cab' subheading: 'floor' then crossmember- they only have reg cab, super cab, but im assuming the crew is the same- $131 sound right?

Thumper, see if this it it( #3). It is the transfer case skidpkate, And by the looks of things, it gave up it's life for your trans pan.

 

I don't think that's a skidplate; see how the exhaust connects to the rear of the crossmember via that rubber isolator bushing? The transfer case and it's skid plate is towards the right hand side of that picture, on the other side of the exhaust. I think that's the trans crossmember itself. If you can scoot under there and look for a part number somewhere, Thump, we can make sure, but if it's what I think it is, my cost is about $390.00. Part number 4L3Z-6A023-AA.
