larger fuel tank

I have a SuperCrew with a 30 gal fuel tank... looking to install a larger fuel tankl around 50 gals. Has anyone built or found a larger replacement tank? I am thinking of building a 50 gal stainless one.

Longer range would be great when im up north in the cold snowmobiling.

Wow...50 gal would be approx a 750 mile range...where do you snowmobile? The Arctic Circle?

(actually, it does sound cool...I've got the 37 on mine, and I fill it every couple days. It'd be nice to not have to mess with it till every third day or so.)

dont travel that far but I am always the one to have to stop and fill when my other buddies with powerstrokes dont need to.... and sometimes I have just enough fuel to get were im going in the middle of no where and there is never a gas station around when you need one. And when im hauling im always at a lower mpg then normal. A few extra gals would be great. Anyone know if the larger 37 or 40 optional tank from a supercab would fit a supercrew?? I know that the larger tank was not an option

I just carry a couple of these if I know I'm going "out of the way."

I even found a nice little self priming siphon with enough hose that I can leave the can in the bed of the truck. (or rack of the Jeep)
