i got the tires and wheels thru 4wheel parts BUT northern can get them for you for WAY under 1200 $ man! go in and talk to dave or ed.

i will measure the in cab adjuster as soon as i get home from work but i dont think that ash tray thing is not gonna work for it... you will see what i mean.

that samsoffroad.com place has them for like 150$ shipped not a bad price

AK,

Where did you get your rancho lift? I'm not familiar with this 4" lift, did you get a good deal on it or end up paying the main going rate?

i ended up paying 3500 shipped to alaska for everything... dont have the break down sheet infront of me but i ordered from 4wheel parts during the fathers day sale weekend and received 10% off of the already sale price (rancho was being featured that month?) i thought it was a good price for the shocks, in cab adjuster, lift, wheels and tires all mounted and balanced...

then i installed myself so that saved some more cash, so i think i did fairly well overall. i could have saved more but i had my heart set on those rims and tires and shiping to alaska is a bitch sometimes so it is better to just order all parts from one person instead of shoping around trying to save a few bucks.

love the rancho lift, i have ridden in a skyjacker 6" and a pro comp 6inch and i think the truck looks (i think the both the 6" lifts need more rubber than just a 35) and feel better, ride is still smooth as glass... again this is just my opinion not trying to bash any of the other kits b/c both of the owners are in love and say the same. i am just extremely pleased with the overall feel of this kit... that and i dont like the big 6" (tophat) looking spacer of the pro comp and the skyjacker is wicked pricey! plus i would rather only do the minimal amount of lift necessary to get the 35s and full axle articulation. hope this helps

instal went pretty quickly just have to pay attention to what you are doing. the cut you have to make is EXTREMELY easy and not a big deal AT ALL. took me and a buddy about 10 hours but it could have been done faster if it wasn't started at 130 in the morning!!

Nick, that looks sweet man. Nice job. I would love to lift mine that much but for my daily driver its just not gonna work for me. I do a lot of long distance and just dont think its the way to go right now. I finally get my truck back this weekend after another long trip to the shop ( a whole 'nother story) Ive got my 2.5" Autospring sitting on my bedroom floor waiting to get installed. Hopefully I can pay this thing off soon and get myself a nice car to drive all the time. Then I can go with a bigger lift. Anyway, your truck looks awesome bro, again, good job.

thanks for all of the comliments.... i dont really think any part of it was hard? the most tedious was translplanting everything over to your new steering knuckles from your old ones.. i used a sawzaw and then a grinder to smooth the edges so i didn't cut myself or have to look at a hack job.
