Pics of Bright Red Lincoln/Roush/F-150

Got the truck done today... for the most part.

Here's a list of the mods...
Lincoln Front Grille and Emblem
Lincoln Rear panel w/ Taillight reflectors
Lincoln Door and Tailgate Handles
Roush Front Chin Spoiler and Grille Insert
Roush Hood Scoop
Roush 2"/3" lowered 4X4 suspension/handling package
Street Scene Wiper Cowl Replacement (PITA to install)
Tinted front windows to match rear 15% lumar
22" VCT Scarface Rims with 305/40/22 Pirelli Scorpion Tires
Front Windshield Visor/Eyebrown Tint that destroyed my front windshield. Will replace windshield at Tint shops expense when I get back to Vegas and have the windshield tint installed then.

Here's a few pictures, I'll take some better ones on Monday.

She sure is attracting attention! I'm more than happy with the outcome. Several more mods to come in the future. The truck is only a few weeks old.

Wow, that looks amazing.

Are you going to paint your mirrors and your fender flares? I think it would look good but JMO. Keep up the good work!

I just talked to my brother about the fender flares. He can order them painted to match now, so I'll just replace the ones I have. I'm going to put in another order with him for the flares, taillights, and possibly a couple other parts to start finishing things up.

I just noticed in those pictures that you can't see the wiper cowl. I'll go snap a picture and post it real quick. I'll also get one of the busted part in the windshield.

Thanks for the compliments!

Here are the two pictures I just promised. The wiper cowl is a little higher on the passenger side, but still looks very good. It really cleans up the front end.

Nice truck. I'd personally want to lower it now to get rid of some of that wheel well gap.

very nice.

Did the wiper cowl come painted, or did you have to get it shot? Also, what did it cost you to paint the handle buckets?

Thanks.

man ive been waiting forever to see this!! it looks good man, i like that you stripped the emblems off the rear panel. i may have you do some measurement for me, im going to see if i can get away with just the reflectors and not the panel, or if i will still have a hole to cover.

I dig everything except for those horrid red reflectors... the downfall of the lincoln designs... why double up your tail lights?! Bleh!

Besides my hatrid for the tail, that is one sweet ride you got there.

i believe it is overly done, you stick to one theme, not three. But it does look like it would make a nice vehicle for the upcoming need for speed game with all the crap.

Thanks for all the compliments. I realize not everybody is going to like it, so it doesn't bug me when the haters chime in. As far as sticking to one theme, not three... well, I've never been one to stick my nose in the rear of the person in front of me or stay in the lines. I like to do something different, unique, so that is what I'm doing. As for it being overdone, well, it is far from done.

To answer a couple of comments/questions:

The truck was lowered 3" in the rear and 2" up front. The leaf springs in the rear were replaced to lower it down, and I could of removed the spacers which would of brought it down 2 more inches. The front coils were replaced to give 2" of drop, and all 4 shocks and the front swaybar was replaced. I haven't had a chance to check out how it handles since I have so much crap in the back. I might lower the rear down and replace the front coils to drop it more for a show, but this will be our daily driver, and back in Alaska, I don't want a truck that is too slammed since the roads are horrible.

The rear panel will not cover up the holes left from the F-150 emblem in the rear, so if you are doing the rear panel, you better plan on doing the reflectors. I didn't care for the reflectors too much, but it is the Lincoln LT design, so I'm playing along. If you are just looking at the reflectors and not the panels, I'll need you to give me some measurements of your emblem, and I can check it out on the panel.

I plan to do something with the mirrors some time down the road, just not sure what yet. The fender flares will hopefully be replaced soon with some factory painted ones when I get the Lincoln taillights.

The truck will be shoved into a garage from mid August-mid January, so seeing it in October won't happen. My family will be back in Alaska since we are having our second child, and we will return to Vegas in January so my wife can finish her last semester at UNLV, then we will move back to Alaska for good in May after she graduates.

Thanks again for the compliments. I plan to get a couple of odds and ends done before she goes into the garage, but I'll knock out most of the remaining mods next year when we head back to Vegas.
