2. It took me a while but I figured this one out. Your alarm is going off after you shut the truck off because the radio is still playing and it vibrates the sensor enough to trigure the alarm

I paid about $700 for my alarm. The unit was $250, bypass module $70, headlight and parking relay $60, extra siren $20, backup battery $35, labor $220, plus tax. It is supposed to be a high security install (which basically means it isn't under the dash).

The radio doesn't set off the alarm, because if I have it down all the way or off, my alarm still goes off. I seriously think it has to do with the dome light (maybe domelight supervision option.)

I should take it back, but I don't think I have enough time. I should have gotten this taken care of a while ago to get the kinks worked out. I would never use this shop again. The guy is a shiester.

I really appreciate all your guys help.

Anyone know of the differences between RSX 3.5 and RS III???
