rear end bounce

is this normal, i was goofing around in some dirt the other day, in 2wheel drive and i started spinnin, nothing big just some soft sand, so i stayed on the gas, the rear diff locked up and then the back of my truck started bouncin. is this normal of loocking diffs or no. it only does it when im going slow and staying on the gas, if i floor it, its smooth and the tires just spin, whats with this?

between screwing around in the dirt and having pull contests with Rams, you've probably buggered up your diff.

I think I know what your talking about but it does it to me no matter if I floor it or just try to pull out slow. Soon as you put some weight in the bed it won't do it, at least with me.

yea thats axle wrap, only way to get outta that is traction bars. I wouldn't continue todo it else you could bust a u-joint & when you are spinning and hooking up you will kill your posi fast.
