If you find your truck starting to tip over in an apex then you're probably going a little too fast.
Seriously though, for the street I guess it's ok to put in a rear anti-roll bar. However, if you take it off-roading then it would be a liability since it would drastically limit rear wheel articulation on uneven terrain which means you would have to disconnect them so that they don't bind. The new Dodge Powerwagon has this feature where you can electronically disconnect the anti-roll bar(s) from inside the cab before leaving the pavement.

I also have a Hellwig on the rear and have to say the ride is vastly improved in the corners. You will find how you have to adjust your steering in a corner is also quite a bit different. Cornering is much flatter and predictable. i also changed out the shocks to Bilsteins and the whole package makes it much more stable especially at highway speeds. Comfort is the same to me. The only problem now is I feel the spring rates could be a bit firmer(working on that now) and the tires are maxing out their grip. I will probably change out the front spings in front and get a set of helper springs for the rear to stiffen it up a bit. New tires would also help. The stock BF tires suck!
