fx4renegade how do you like your MotoMetals?

Or anyone else who has or has info on the MotoMetal 951's. I am interesting in getting some 18's however a tire rep stated the following:
"We have them in stock but they are not recommended for the new Ford 150 (they have a high offset +38 and the wheel/rim is a negative 12 offset...so what I'm trying to say is that they will bolt on fine but they will be real aggressive...probably stick out 2-2.5 inches from the fenders."
Does anyone have any problems with these rims on their trucks? Other than 2-2.5 inches sticking out will this affect my truck in any negative way? (I like the look of the tires sticking out)
