How do you install a Ford OEM bedliner?

I hope to pick one up today... Price is $189 with tailgate cover and instock. What do I have to do to install it? Do I have to remove the caps ontop of my bed rails?

Can I just go to the dealer and have em drop it in and drive home and install or will it blow out?

usually the bed part just drops in and thats it, no more worries. The tailgate cover screws on. Im not sure how this model does but my old f150 had some self tapping sheet metal screws that came with it and you just screwed em in place on the tailgate

The bed portion drops in but you have to remove the tie-downs and reinstall them through the holes in the bedliner. That is what keeps it from blowing out.

Dealer will give you the hardware kit with instructions. I paid $200 for mine at the dealer.

Got it! Removed the tie downs before I went to the dealer, dropped it in and bolted the tie downs back in with the torx head rachet I brought along with me! Had it installed, including tailgate guard in 15 minutes. I did it right there in the dealer's lot! A great value at $189 when compared to a mat & tailgate guard at $122. Plus, the sides of the bed are protected too! I thought about the carpet but the price was too much and I wanted something to hose down when it gets dirty... Now, time to order the low profile OEM bug card on ebay for $55 which includes shipping and an Extang tonneau off of ebay for $168 which too includes shipping...

Thanks guys for your help!!!!!!!!
