Rear Door Speaker Panels

I have a question about removing the rear speaker door panels to install new speakers. Do they come apart the same way that the front do, or do you have to remove the entire panel?

You have to take off the whole door panel. If you need some instructions they exist. You'd have to do a search to find them, I don't remember where I found them last time.

I just changed my speakers. The back door panel is held on by 3 screws. Two are located at the bottom of the door and one behind the inside door handle. You also have to remove the plastic part that goes up the back side of the window above the door lock. It just pops out. Take your time. Once you remove that lift the door panel upwards about 1-1.5 inches and it should come off. It's a good idea to have someone there to hold the door for you, because it will still be connected by wires and won't reach the ground to set it down. It's not too bad!!

I was able to do mine in about 15 minutes each side, If you can't find the instructions anywhere, I can fax you a copy that I got from Crutchfield when I get in from offshore this monday, Also check Crutchfield advisor they may have it online, It's really a piece of cake.
