AF1 + Flowmaster + Superchips + F150 = Ticket

Well I did it. I got pulled over this morning for playing with my new mods too much. Oh well, it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Question: Do any of you know anything about those attorneys you see on billboards that can supposedly "take care" of your traffic tickets without any points on your record or having to spend a day in traffic scool?

AF1 + Flowmaster + Superchips + F150 = Outrun Cops

60 in a 45 is lame - must have been looking to meet his quota or something.

Does AF1 + Flowmaster + Superchips + F150 = Outrun Radio Waves????

lol

As a former Cop.... 60 in a 45 is a little cheesy!... Unless it was a school zone or you were driving aggressively??

oh well... lesson learned!

Does AF1 + Flowmaster + Superchips + F150 = Outrun = get felony conviction in California.
There was a time I out ran a few CHP's. Not in a truck... But nowadays that's politically incorrect, even out in the wide open spaces. Don't even think about it.

That's 15mph over and a potential wreckless driving ticket & a trip to jail. 5mph over is nothing, 10 will get you stopped, 15 is a 95% guarentee of stoppage w/ a ticket!

You never know. My first ticket was for 1 mph over the speed limit. 56 in a 55.

My last ticket was for doing 45 in a 35. I was actually doing about 30, and another car blasted around me. They radared the faster car, and ticketed me. Small town politics in both cases... Best thing I ever did was sell out and leave that small town. Haven’t had a ticket since.

But it still happens. My wife got a ticket for 60 in a 55 zone on the Ventura Freeway. The CHP officer told her 'I don't like people who drive cars like that'. She was driving a Corvette, and was the slowest car on the freeway. I was riding passenger and had to sit there and listen.
My attorney said I had no case, as they are allowed 'discretion' on who they stop, and it wasn't based on race, sex, or religion...

So there are no fixed rules, really. Just depends on the cop.

Bummer you've got cops like that Chris. Being in MI nearly all my life, I must say our state troopers are really nice and even many of the city cops follow the guideline I wrote about. I did have on exception... I was doing 30 over (85 in 55) with no license or proof of insurance. Only got a citation for the lack of insurance which was wiped off after I took the proof to the courthouse. God bless MI!

i got clocked 50 in a 25 residential area, payed court fees only ($75, i have a CA vehicle code book and it was going to be $400+), did a online traffic school, and now all better. (i advise doing online traffic schools if you can, sitting in a class is useless if you can finish an online one in 2hrs max

You just have to be a quick talker and tell the judge everything he wants to say

Yeah, Dzervit, Michigan State Troopers are pretty cool...Have to be careful around Auburn Hills (home of Chrysler) though, because the local cops pull EVERYONE over for marginal infractions...probably to justify all the new cars given them by Chrysler...

That said, I'd like to be pulled over by the new black and white Dodge Magnum station wagon they have...talk about a MEAN lookin' car!

A new law went into effect here in MI. Now there is no "wiping" of insurance tickets or no license tickets. I feel it is to help with our budget.

Seems to me you could stand to spend a little more time in scool (or is it school?).
