While detailing my truck last Sunday, i noticed where the bug guard fits inbetween the surround grill the paint is like torn all the way down to the plastic, about the size of a pea.
I attribute this to the shop i took my truck to get fixed. Looks like when they reinstalled it they tightened the fastener to tight in that area and it could not give with the flexing of the truck. When i installed it originally a year before, i had no problems.
So, back to the shop i go, they'd better fix it with no questions asked.

that's right they'd better .... some folks have that "you can't see it from my house" attitude which is wrong but their lack of common sense ruins it for
all .....
