Is anyone running Nitto's with stock rims, or is that just plain silly? I might be able to get Nittos past the CFO come new tire time, but new wheels is pushing it.

Oh yea. She may not know exactly what the mods are, but they don't happen without her approval.

I just put this thread in the other day- https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=200595

If I had the time to figure it out and READ the instructions, I'd show you here.

PORKCHOP-What lift did you use up front? Mine looks like yours did on stock rims. Thanks~

NITTO's on stockers

Is anyone running Nitto's with stock rims?
Yep ... Nitto Terra Grappler 285/60R18 on stock Lariat wheels. Got them the weekend I picked up my truck in February 2004 ... no problems, wearing just fine, still look great. Of course, they don't quite look like the picture below any longer.

Quiet ride and killer offroad preformance!
Hey Pepper. I like those Welds. Looking at thise and teh Sling Blade and Renegade. I had not seen the =25 offset, althogh I'm looking at the 18s. What is teh backspacing? Thanks

Gordo,

How about the ride? 90% of my miles are highway, and the smooth, quiet ride is something I'v gotten used to. How about mileage, too?

Thanks!

The is just fine if you ask me. I'm an "in town" driver of the streets and highways and find these Nitto's to be a very good ride. Mileage, well, I'm a little heavy on the pedal and average 13.9mpg. I don't think the tires will really make any difference there.

I can't wait to get my Excal 2 and exhaust. I hope that'll help a little bit.

couple of questions.....

- Porkchop, do your 35's rub even when making a full turn?
- Do the MB Motoring Predator and Blitz have the same backspacing?
