go to another dealer. exactly. i drove right past the one that i bought this truck at and to the one i bought previous ones at even though it was 15 miles farther each way. i will also buy all future ones there. granted they are machines and break, and some times are difficult to diagnose and fix, but lying as to what was done or not done and letting the truck sit in the parking lot all day when it was promised that they would get right on it is unexcusable. i had heard the service department stories before i bought there but thought they were exaggerated on. nope, wrong. i would never buy another vehicle at OASIS in NJ. the real satisfaction is knowing that you talk others out of dealing with them, that almost makes up for a bad experience.
