Air Conditioner condensate

Does anyone with a 04 or 05 notice a lot of air conditioner condesate dripping from underneath. I got a 04 Lariat and all I will ever see is maybe one or two drips. I have had the system evacuated and recharged and it seems cold enough but I never really see any condensate. I have checked the passenger floor board to see if it maybe leaking inside but its dry.

When you said you check the passenger floorboard and it was dry, did you mean you checked all the way under the carpet? The reason I ask is because I had a leak where my air box goes through the firewall and it ran under the carpet. There were no visible signs of water on the top of the carpet at all. I stumbled on the situation when I was running a wire for a bass amp. It was soaked underneath.

It was an easy fix for my Ford dealer though, since I had already isolated the leak and had the padding dried out when I took it in for repair.

The HVAC systems on these trucks moves ALOT of air. As a result your going to see more condensation dripping underneath. Keep in mind that if it's humid you will see condensate increase. There could be a problem, but I doubt it.

+1.

I haven't noticed a lot of condensate dripping from my truck at first glance.
