I'm 99.9% sure that half of this project will work... it's the front half I'm worried about.

no dice!

They are different parts with different mounting strategies/mating surface contours/lengths/widths, etc.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

'Fraid KC8FLB is right...

Here's a picture of the A-pillars, my Supercab's pillar trim on top, the Expy's on the bottom. Note the positioning of the handles and how the holes line up (or don't).

The handle side's of the A-pillar. The mounting bolts themselves are different, however, the thread pitch is the same. The Expy uses two studded bolts, 5.5mm. The F150 has two 7mm bolts. The F150's A-pillar trim is mostly held on by the bolts, whereas the Expy has a clip on the backside of it similar to the previous gen F150s. Also note on the F150's A-pillar trim, how there's another 3" or so after the top bolt for the grab handle/trim. On the Expedition, there's only like a half inch or so, and the grab handle is much higher.

The Expedition's A-pillar. It's kinda difficult to see, but look about two inches down from the third gold colored bolt on the pillar, not the two that hold the bracket that hold's the A-pillar in place. There's the hole for the retaining clip that holds the Expy's A-pillar trim in place on the bottom.

I don't think you could easily make the Expedition A-pillar trim work in an F150, not without some trimming and fabricating, and by then, who knows how good it'll look?

First and foremost, THANK YOU QUNITIN! I don't think I could've asked for more than a side by side comparison... geesh man, that's really awesome. Thanks for going WAY out of your way for that.

Secondly... bummer. Since this won't work 'easily', I guess I'll disclose what I was wanting to do...

I was looking to replace all of the 'Oh Shiz' handles with the King Ranch handle from the Expedition. All of the KR Expy handles are leather wrapped and I thought it'd make a REALLY nice touch...

I can still do the rear handles as they are the same but, bummer on the fronts. Not sure I want to go half and half...

Thanks again folks and, especially, Qunitin. I sincerely appreciate it.

I think it would have been cool if it would have worked. The Expy A-pillars, despite the trim, look more "warm" than the F150, but maybe that's just because of the big color contrast between my truck and the Expedition.

My KR Expedition handles should be here this coming week... I believe the rears will work but, I have a sneaky hunch that the fronts are going to take a BUNCH of work. We shall see....

The leather color of the handle doesn't match the KR F150's leather seating?

Oh no... sorry. Should've been more clear.

The plastic is a much lighter tone of 'tan' than my interior. I suppose I could find some paint but, at this point, I think I'm going to snag the Castano off of the Expy handles and see what can be done to get them on my F-150 handles. We'll see... I'm sure there's MUCH more to it than what I'm giving it credit for...
