I got rid of my 04 F150 4x2 about two weeks ago. I went today and ordered a FX4 05. Fully loaded, DVD ect. They say it will take about 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in. Is this accurate? Or willit be sooner? Thanks

How did you come out financially on getting rid of your 04?

 

That's about right. Mine took just a shade over 8 weeks. Worth the wait IMO

Mine took about 10-11 weeks. I've seen some longer and some shorter, so 8 is not a bad estimate. What made you change?

 

They gave me payoff for my truck which was 19,000. Im putting 4,000 down and with Fords Rebates adn Military rebate and DPlan its only going to cost 28500 out the door, which is not a bad deal at all, considering this truck was 41,500 MSRP When I bought my 4x2 I thought, I dont need a 4x4...it dont snow here, but I went to MD this winter and I needed it. So needless to say I learned from my mistakes and Im going all out this time....well all out meaning what I can afford...lol

ordered mine Feb 22, and took delivery on May 6th. May 6th was the day after the truck arrived at the dealership.

 

My Bad I was a week off, April 29th I picked it up.

 

I ordered my 05 FX4 on April 1, it was built April 5 and it came in May 1st.

 

I ordered mine on the 30th of April and am still waiting for a build date. The dealer said 8-12 weeks.
