my friend just got an 05 titan and it comes with a plug so you can connect your ipod right up to it. what is taking ford so long????

Well he might have an iPod plug-in, but did Nissan give him a lifetime supply of pads/rotors? I hope so...

So what's the latest, least expensive options for hooking up my iPod to my '05 F150? Anything?

The latest least expensive option for hooking up your iPod to any Ford is a SEARCH BUTTON located just to the right and above this text that I am staring at right now.

Search for the PIE Aux adapter. It is a device that will plug into your aux port so you can directly wire your ipod into the Head Unit. I am not sure the website to buy it at, but a search should turn up some results.
