Billet grill chipping, can it be repainted red?

My grill is chipping on the black inner parts, I was wondering if it could be painted or has anyone painted this section before.

I thought about painting it red, wonder how that would look?

if it is actually real aluminum then instead of painting it I would have it powdercoated. it is a much more durable finish than just paint. resistant to paint chips.

just my .02 cents.

How much did you pay for that grill?

I would contact the manufacture about that.

They replaced mine for the same problem.

I would think that if you got it powdercoated red to match your truck that might look really sharp.
