Procharger finally in:)
Well first and foremost, you have the best F150 in the world.
Looks like a few diehard members here are going to be trying to figure out a way to come visit you to check the truck out in person.

Well okeyy i did not want to go further before i finished all stages but i think you guys are just as unpatient as i was. However before i give you guys my first impressions know that this can esily change each coming day .
Installation was easy as expected but the installion stage is only the a little part of this modification the rest comes big and after. The only problem i have faced in installation stage was a maf sensor error which had nothing to do with the installation or the kit's parts. The sensor was out and we changed it that was all the problem was fixed.
After the installion the real issues started in tunning. There were no bigger injectors when we opened the box (even though i thought they were included) so we had to decide either to go with stock injectors or not.The stock injectors are 19h/lb and the recommended optional injectors shoulbe 39 or bigger (depends on psi).We decided to go with stock injectors because as you know i live overseas and i was not going to wait for 1 more week when my truck was waiting in front of me with the procharger unit inside. Then came the second Problem Diablosport PREDATOR tuned for specially by procharger with peformance tune which was tuned for BIGGER INJECTORS which i do not have .
So we just throw out the predator tuner to the floor and started to a custom tuning with WIDEBAND tune diagnostics......
I do not think you guys will face such problems because it is much easier to gather missing parts or to negotiate with the sender firms there.(Make sure about everything and each part with procharger)
Whatever i will pass the installation stages we can talk about that later..
When we go out for first test drive it was impressive doing burnouts was so easy and fun.We had a couple of runs with my other drive which is a 2004 5.30 BMW .F-150 WAS CLEARLY THE FASTER AND AHEAD BY AT LEAST 2 TRUCKS LENGTH .I also shot the sct system of the bmw off and used the geartronic instead of automatic but results were all same.To be fair the Bmw was gathering more speed and closing the gap after 80 miles per hour(128km/hour).Our truck was also faster than a corvette convertible .I do not have 1/4 mile times or 0-60 mph times right now but after i calibrate my G-tech i will post those times also.Tomorrow we are going in to dyno because i feel like it does not pull in 3 and 4th gears as it is puling in first 2 and somehow i think we did not get the advertised gains of hp which should at least be 120-130 hp at the ground(this kit has a 3 core intercooler). My technician says he feels like 80 rwhp which is not good just and same as i feel. But these could be highly related with missing injectors and some mistake that we could have done in the tuning set up so we weill see tomorrow .Sorry for making you guys wait but i wanted to be accurate .Will be back soon

Great detailed review, Deepblue. I think getting those bigger injectors for the Procharger are a must for optimum performance since the Procharger was specfically tuned for use with the bigger 39h/lb injectors and also because you plan to run a psi higher than 10 in the future. Still, the results you got with just the stock injectors and tuning difficulties are very good compared to what the Roush charger could do on it's best day. I would imagine once you get some bigger injectors and the tuning problems corrected, you will be making some very impressive numbers. Keep us updated on your progress.
Thanks Fatherford .I went to Dyno today so there are numbers that have to be converted. But somehow i still do not get it .We read Rear wheel torque numbers around 475 ft-lbs today but rwhp numbers are around 325rwhp 's.How can that be?We dynoed with overdrive off assuming 3 rd gear is 1.1 and on 4x4 not 4x4.Did i something wrong.?

Are you still using stock injectors??
Still doesnt make sinse, you better have atleast 375 or so to the wheels, if not something is wrong.
Also how much boost are you running, and what dyno are you using? Mustang, dynojet?
375-380 were the numbers that i was expecting alsoand Yes these numbers were with stock injectors and 9 psi.39 /hr injectors are coming next week. But i do not think it is related with injectors there must be something wrong elsewhere.I do not know what dyno brand(it is not dyno jet) they use but it was a small dynometer in terms of front and wheelbase. We could not manage to put all 4 wheels on the dyno only rear wheels.
I think the smaller fuel injectors are not allowing for a correct calibration and may be leaning out at the top and that is where you make your horsepower. Your A/F may be correct but the small injectors just can't do the correct volume. The torque is there so when you get your other injectors in I believe you will see significant improvements in the top end.
You are also a 4X4 and that will cause a slight decline in drivetrain efficiency. I think most numbers are done on 2wd's so expect a little less than what is advertised.
Let us know when you get the correct injectors in and tuned.

Great review so far!
I'll be interested in seeing how quick your truck is once you get all the bugs of the system worked out. Can't wait till I'm able to do something like this to my truck. I've had the thing less than a week and am wanting to slap my old nitrous kit on it so I can be really quick again. lol
