Troyer Performance sells gears; you have to call.

Ford doesn't make anything past 3.73 for the 9.75. If your local shop can't find them, call Randy's Ring and Pinion. They are one of the few places that have the 4.56 for the ford 9.75 rear end.

What engine do you have? From what I understand, if you have a 4.6 then you only have an 8.8 which gives you more options from Ford. Randy's Ring and Pinion has been recomended to me for where to by gears as well.

Nope. Those gears are a softer more forgiving steel for high impact drag racing and are also the wrong size. The rears with a 5.4 use 9.75 and the fronts are 8.8 REVERSE CUT not the same as rear gear 8.8.You can get REVERSE CUT gears from Currie in alot of ratios, the 9 inch Reverse cuts from Currie will work in the front of these trucks as well(gear has same bolt pattern)as 8.8.
Try these guys here.

to update, troyer does not sell gears.....randy's ring and pinion have to get back to me on prices, they are sold out for at least two weeks and trying to beat reider's prices. Reider=199 for 4.56 gears + 149 for installation kit...about to call summit, jegs, and precision

jegs=do not have until richmond comes out
summit-214 for gears and 221 for kit...kinda high, but they do have a namebrand gear
precision and reider are the same company, but calling precision got a cost quote of 343.70 for gears and kit

anybody else got any gear places to check out?:santa:
