List of TSB numbers?

I did a search. I thought I remembered a list someone had posted with all the TSB numbers for the 04's. Truck going in tomorrow and would like to have them for the service dept.
The main one I'm looking for is the one for the under greased yoke on the drive train that causes the thump on slow take off.
Thanks guys.

well, it's "TSB" not TBS, so maybe that's why it didn't come up in your search?

The slip yoke TSB applies only to 4x4 pickups. I'll do some checking around when I get home later this evening.

Well it's doing it on my 2 wheel drive. 2 hard thumps from the rear end area and the truck loses power for a moment. This is on slow to normal take offs about once a week.
Is this whats happening on the 4x4s as well?
Thanks

Alright, I'm a jackass.

The slip yoke TSB does apply to 2WD trucks. Your dealer should reference TSB 04-26-6.
