So I went to the bar last night with my friend for a few hours, and when I came out I found that someone had smashed my passenger side mirror out. Turns out some kid they had thrown out of the bar earlier smashed about 8 other vehicule mirrors (including another 2004 f-150) in the parking lot. Then the bouncers caught the kid and they had a witness that saw the kid break one of the mirrors, but they just let him go after they got his I.D. so that they could barr him from the bar. I dont know why they dident hold him and call the police.....either way I now get to pay to replace my mirror. I filed a police report anyway and told the police officer that the security had caught the guy and had all his information but the officer basically said he wasent going to bother trying to chase this kid down...funny , i thought arresting criminels was a police officers job...guess i am mistaken...

 

Sorry to hear, but now its a good excuse to get the power folding mirrors!

 

Things like that won't go unpunished in Granite Shoals Texas, Our Chief of Police also drives a ford. 2004 F150 Lariat 4x4. That kid would be under the jail

 

First and foremost you should be talking to the bar owners. If they caught the guy who did this and let them go, they should be held accountable to some extent.
Secondly Ebay is a great place to find replacement mirrors cheap.
