Thumbs up Anyone seen this on Ebay???

I was lookin at the overlays and came across this. I think that looks really nice!! $70 YIKES! It comes with 2 though, and I'd like to just put it on my tailgate and leave the FORD up front. Anyone wanna split the cost with me and get one for their tailgate too???
Here is the link to the auction.

Doesn't look too bad but the price is a little too steep for my liking. Cool find though!

This post is not intended to **** anyone off,but most likely will anyway, oh well...

To PURPONY...

If you've ever ridden a "REAL" sport bike, CBR, VFR, GSXR, ZX, YZF, etc... You will hate the Buell and think its an over-priced, under-powered, vibrating POS (which it is). If you've never ridden a "REAL" sport bike before, you will probably think its pretty cool.

I've been riding for 18 years and have ridden everything under the sun from a 1957 BMW w/side car to a tricked out chopper (Big Dog) to full on race bikes. Buell's simply do not hold a candle to the Big 4 sport bikes. I've ridden them, including the XB9R and they suck big time. After all, they do have Harley engines in them and the technology there hasn't changed for going on 20 years. Yeah, upgrades have been made but it's still an air cooled, push-rod 45 degree Vtwin.

My 2000 VFR800 is not considered a full on sport bike, more a sport touring bike & it will spank any stock Buell made under any condition whether it be on the track or the street.

Don't waste your money.

If you're a new guy (never ridden before) go for the Suzuki SV650.

If you want a full on crotch rocket, go for the Yamaha YZF R1.

If you want a comfortable bike that can take care of business on the back roads, the Honda VFR800.

If you want instant envy, go for a Ducati.

KC-10 FE out...

Well honestly it does kinda **** me off....but that's ok. I'll just tell you what I think because that's what I was asked. Yes it does vibrate, but that is only at idle. The older buells leaked oil some and were completely different than the newer ones (I think 02~03 and newer). If you have read the reviews for the firebolts then you would see that most of the people that rode it LOVE it because of its nibleness and agility and they rave about that in every article I have ever read. They compare it to a Ducatti ~900 as far as power goes. Sure it's not near as fast as the japanese bikes but I bet I'll have just as much fun riding my bike than anybody else out there. Knowing that I actually have something different that you don't see at every other stoplight. I get so many looks and complements on my bike it is rediculous. People hear it and are like WOW that sounds awesome. It does sound like a big harley, especially with the pipe I have on it, and that's why I got the bike. I have always liked harley davidson and usually go to the beach ralleys so it's cool to have something that has that sound. I love japanese bikes and sure they are faster, but my god I could kill myself in a second on mine, so why the hell would I want to brag about having something that is faster yet? It really doesn't matter, it is all down to personal preference, like I have said numerous times before. It's our money and we buy what WE like, not what everyone else has.

in my opinion before you buy figure out where you are goin to ride?track?mountains?street?commute and then try to see if you are goin to use the bike to even a 1/3 of its ability.

today these new sport bikes have too much power for the street and "squids" are buyin/crashing too much and givin bikeriders a bad name.

Thread Hi-Jacking has begun. I love my new VFR 800. hksigman, I have to disagree with your comments. The bikes don't have too much power,it is the idiots riding them having no clue as the vehicles abilities. Should people be racing these bikes on open streets, NOOOOOO. But they do, that is not the bikes fault, it is the nimrod with the never happen to me mentality. I along with many other responsible bikers I ride with and I imagine from your comments you might be included in this statement, take great care to ensure the safety of myself, passengers, fellow riders and general public at all times. Do I redass, sure, not in public, not near anyone or with anyone even close to me or my bike- that means quite some distance actualy, maybe a 1/2 mile, not with someone on my bike, not with another biker who is anything less than completly comfortable with what is or may happen. I have been riding for 5 years, started out w/ a 750 ace and am making my way up. I have seen plenty of jacka**es get hurt by being stupid, once again not the bikes fault. It is the same to me as gun violence it is not the guns fault it is the a** that pulls the trigger. If you run your truck into a tree not the trucks fault, it is the trees fault, it shouldn't have been there . Any how you get my point , sorry for the rambling hijacking.

as i said the "squids" faults for tryin to buy the newest/fastest without any experience or little experience though there is no reason for a 180 hp street bike.

then again look at the new rocketIII by triumph with the 21oocc engine.
