FX4 instrument panel

Does the FX4's give avg mpg's, temperature, etc or is that the lariats?

I think the fx4 is like the xlt, you get temp, direction of travel, mileage, & tripometer.

To get avg mpg etc... you need the lariat with the communications center or whatever they call it.

yep. need the communication center. its one of those things you really dont need. Its not even a true convenience thing. Its just a bauble to further differentiate the top-end luxo truck from the rest.

Just look at some of the baubles you get on a Town Car vs a Crown Vic.

The info that the Lariat reports is in all the trucks PCM's. The Scanguage lets the guys with the 'lessor' trucks access it.
